I created this course for women to feel empowered to use their voice.

Hi, I'm Anjali. A few years ago, I felt constantly burnt out and as if I didn't matter. I was resentful in my relationships, in my job, and angry at the world because I felt so overworked and empty. I kept waiting for people to notice me and put me first, read my mind, and meet my needs... Little did I know that I was actually neglecting my OWN needs, and in order for anything to change, I had to take charge of my life first, instead of waiting for someone else to save me. I went through a process of understanding what was important to me, what my values are, and how to put myself first so I could pour into my own cup. Our world demonizes selfishness, when really to embody a healthy level of selfishness is deeply healing. When we are full, tended to, and energized, we get to be more of service to others in an authentic way. I created RADICAL BOUNDARIES for women to not only feel empowered to self advocate but to also realize that what you desire is what you must be willing to give to yourself first. That you get to take ownership over your inner world, and thus the outer world will respond accordingly. It's all a mirror.
